Your pain-free guide to pain relief.

For best results we recommend someone else give you a massage using one of our massagers. When giving yourself a massage, follow our guides as best as possible. Certain body areas may be hard to reach. Do not move out of your normal range of motion as it could cause injury. Switch hands or take a short break after extended use. If you experience any pain or numbness in your hand, stop using the massager.

Neck and Upper Back

Starting on one side, use a circular motion to move down the side/back of neck from the base of the skull to the end of the shoulder.

Return towards the spine and back up the neck to the base of the skull. Be careful not to come in contact with the spinal area.

Repeat on opposite side.

DO NOT massage the side of the neck any farther forward than parallel with the ear. Again, be sure to avoid the spine.

Customer Testimonials

Gena (TX)
I used the Wahl heat massager and I really like it! I enjoyed trying out the different attachments. I have a couple of sore back muscles that I tried it out on and it worked well. I have never received a professional massage, but have a massage chair.
